Overview:

This order contains requirements for certain air operators operating passenger flights departing from an aerodrome in Canada or operating flights to Canada departing from an aerodrome outside Canada, and for screening authorities operating at certain aerodromes. It notably contains requirements respecting the notification of passengers, health checks, the possession and the use of facemasks, and passenger screening and observation. It also prohibits air operators from allowing certain persons to board an aircraft when they are suspected of having the COVID-19 or when not wearing a facemask. It also prohibits air operators from allowing foreign nationals to board a flight to Canada in certain circumstances.
