Overview:

This order is to support Canada’s continued focus on reducing the introduction and further spread of COVID-19 by decreasing the risk of importing cases from outside the country by addressing newly emerging public health science on COVID-19 that indicates that even asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic individuals can spread the disease.
